Proxxi’s August Newsletter

August is national wellness month. In the workplace, wellness is influenced by the workplace culture, management attitudes, peer behaviour, and so much more.  With safety and wellness going hand-in-hand, we spend a lot of time thinking about both.

Since the world has returned to work, we have had a huge growth in the number of companies using Voltage. Two things often come up when we speak to them: How do we actually prevent accidents? And once Voltage bands are deployed, how do I ensure their usage?

The Importance of Support

When choosing to proceed with a product, you are not just choosing the device, but also the team that supports you during your deployment and beyond. Our Support Team is committed to making sure you have access to the information you need, every step of the way. Check out our Online Support Centre for 24/7 access to FAQs, troubleshooting, and onboarding materials.

Safety and Visibility on Usage

When we talk to our customers, many of them initially are not concerned about user uptake - they state that previous deployments of new safety equipment and procedures have been well received among their team. However, in deploying Voltage many realise that this may be incorrect. Once Voltage bands are deployed, you can use the Dashboard to see how many people actually use them. This allows you to address individually any concerns around usage or  engagement. What other safety devices can you do this with?

Holiday Hours - August 2nd
