Meet Our Founders!
Meet Richard Sim and Campbell Macdonald
Richard and Campbell are our co-founders here at Proxxi. Richard is our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Campbell is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
In 2016, Richard and Campbell first came up with the concept of Proxxi Voltage for electrical safety. They wanted to create wearable tech that helped keep electrical workers safe, and avoid unnecessary injuries on the jobsite.
In March of 2019, as the Covid-19 pandemic began to have worldwide impacts, Richard and Campbell wondered how they could take the Proxxi concept, and continue to help keep employees and employers safe. Thus, Proxxi Contact was born, and the team got to work (from a safe distance) to make this concept a reality.
As the world returns to “normal” the Proxxi team has returned its development focus to Proxxi Voltage, but remain committed to supporting Contact customers as different regions handle outbreaks and changing regulations.
